The Luxury Industry’s Premier Boutique Event

The PowerHouse Luxury Conferences are considered the original boutique annual luxury industry event, created in 2017 when PowerHouse SMART hosted the first conference at the Chicago Merchandise Mart for members and selected guests.

The platform was created to bring together the elite “best of the best” for a first-class education, inspiration from regal thought-leaders, and a unique networking style, resulting in powerful business synergies among esteemed attendees. After several successful conferences and regional events, the community decided to expand its audience to new cities, sponsors, and industry professionals.

Last year both Minneapolis and Chicago Luxury Conferences were sold-out events. Today, we have three cities hosting Luxury Conferences, Minneapolis, Chicago, and Naples/SWFL. Each city event will still be exclusively boutique, allowing for an unparalleled relationship building the PowerHouse Way. With the expansion, attendees will meet and learn from new esteemed local speakers as well as national speakers, and experience luxury trends and technologies across the world.

The Luxury Industries' top architects, builders, designers, developers, landscapers, technology integrators, brokers, and affiliated resources and trade specialists come together to grow together under the unique PowerHouse umbrella with social integrity.  All included sponsors, speakers, and attendees, ultimately gain sources for new business opportunities, for personal and professional growth.

The education sessions are intermingled with unique relationship platforms followed by the pinnacle cocktail party that generates the best networking the industry has to offer.
